The inverted traction position decompresses discs and has a beneficial effect on thin degenerating discs. Studies have concluded that a minimum of 70 seconds is required for maximum decompression. Health professionals recommend 1 to 3 minutes of use, 2-3 times a day.

Strengthening exercises which can be performed after the initial traction position aid in developing weak abdominal and back muscles. The inverted position enhances the quality of these exercises.

The Back Revolution is a patented machine used by many professional athletes. The use of close cell polyurethane foam injection for the main support pad (which has been improved with this new model) is unique in that it contours to the human anatomy while being capable of years of daily repeated use.

The upgraded and improved Back Revolution System is an adjustable unit complete with platform, handles and Back Revolution Stick. The main shaft can be lowered/raised with just the pull of a locking pin to fit heights from 4'8" - 6'5"*.
