The Stick provides compression sports massage to all major muscles. This unique therapeutic procedure inactivates trigger points (knots in the muscle), warms muscle tissue, increases circulation, elevates the uptake of oxygen and encourages a nutrient-rich blood flow.  These self-directed techniques inactivate muscle spasm, relieve pain, increase range of motion and promote flexibility.  The Stick is composed of 1" nylon spindles which bio-mechanically rotate on a solid, flexible core that anatomically molds to the subject muscle.

BACK REVOLUTION STICK (16 spindles, 27")  A flexible, longer stick to loosen up the back, hamstrings etc.  Helpful if used before inversion on the Back Revolution.
